Bourse d'accès aux Compétitions // Competition Access Grant

Ce formulaire a pour but de vous permettre de postuler à la bourse d'accès aux compétitions mise en place par l'AFL. Remplissez le avec attention car il sera utile au comité d'attribution pour décider de l'allocation des fonds. Conformément au reglèment, vous avez jusqu'à 60 jours avant le début de la compétition pour postuler.

The purpose of this form is to enable you to apply for the AFL competition access grant. Please fill it in carefully, as it will be used by the award committee to decide on the allocation of funds. In accordance with the rules, you have up to 60 days before the start of the competition to apply.
